✈️Add Travels Abroad
This function helps the user add field trips records on the system. It has two steps.
Step 1
First, the user has to select the committee which the travel abroad record belongs to and the session in which the travel abroad has happened. See illustration below.
Step 2
The user is then presented with a list of MPs in that committee and has to check which MP attended the particular travel abroad. The date range (start and end date), summary description of the travel abroad, amount used and the status of the report are required in this section as well. See illustration below.
